Our Covid-19 measures

In order to ensure both guests and staff are safeguarded we have implemented the following guidelines, in accordance with best practice issued by the health authority:
1- Check-in will be done remotely to protect all parties. This will be assisted by video conferencing with tools such as WhatsApp or Skype.
2- On your arrival the property will have had all surfaces, buttons and handles sanitised with appropriate products, and well aired so we can ensure a virus free environment
3- Should any mid-stay cleaning be required, our cleaners will wear mask/face protection and gloves. If possible, leave the house when the cleaners are there, or at least do not enter the room they are cleaning.
4- Towels and linen are sanitised when they are delivered.
5- Should anyone in your group feel unwell please let us know immediately. The SNS (health service) emergency number is 808242424.
6- If you feel unwell before arrival it is very important that we are made aware of this.
7- Swimming pool usage:
a. Chlorine levels are monitored closely. It has been proved that treated pool water is not a cause of transmission.
b. Sun loungers are now labelled for each house; please only use the one that applies to you. They are sanitised before your arrival. There is also plenty of grass around the pool area which is naturally sanitised with the sun and irrigation.
8- Communal areas are for everyone´s use so we ask you to always respect social distancing and hygiene recommendations when you use them.
