THE HOUSE:
The Geranium house is all set on one floor. It has three to four bedrooms available depending on the group size, one double and two (to three) twins. There is a bathroom with shower, and other with bathtub. The living room is spacious, bright and has a TV with satellite channels. The dining room has space for up to 12 guests and a fully equipped open plan kitchen.The patio has a barbecue and garden furniture.The views from the house to the Sintra National Park and the sea are stunning.
WELCOME IN:
From the private patio, enter the colorful and spacious living room, with sculptures. In the end of the room you can find a bathroom with bathtub. At the right side there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, with a large table for 6 or more, ideal for family and friends meals. The kitchen gives onto all the bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. There is one small bedroom with 1 double bed, two small bedrooms with 2 single beds and for groups larger than 6, one bedroom with 2 single beds.The private patio has table and chairs and is ideal for “al fresco” meals or reading a book.
The GARDEN and LOCATION:
What makes this villa extra special is of course the large garden with a separate vegetable patch. Although part of the garden and the swimming pool are shared, outside Geranium, we find a private patio, provided with furniture and barbecue for lovely meals and restful moments, surrounded by peaceful nature.With a large covered swimming pool, beautiful grounds in a 5000m2 private estate, close to the beach and the many attractions of Cascais, Lisbon and Sintra, this property offers an ideal setting for a perfect holiday. Here you can find peace and privacy amongst the beauty and tranquillity of nature, but with all you need close by. The covered pool means the water is warm enough to swim from April to November, sliding doors allow you to catch a cooling breeze in the hot summer months. The extensive gardens and outdoor games area can be enjoyed all year round for hours of fun and relaxation.
Jasmin and Geranium can combine as one unit, ‘Villa Sintra’, for parties of up to 12 guests when rented as a whole.

Prices
Prices are quoted for up to 6 guests. Add €100/week per additional person. Maximum 8 guests.
During peak season: normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks.
Booking conditions: 20% minimum paid at time of booking and 80% two months before arrival.
Final cleaning charge of €10 per person.
Admin fees are applied starting at €245.00
Security Deposit: €150, due 1 month in advance via paypal or credit card and refundable at end of stay.
Prices do not include Tourist Tax charged by Cascais Municipality.
