THE HOUSE:
Jasmin is a cosy one floor house where much effort has been put into the small details; Jasmin is our smallest and most secluded unit, ideal for that romantic escapade “à deux”, or a family with two children! It has one to two bedrooms available depending on the size of the group. One is a double and the other a twin bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchenette and a private patio with furniture and a barbecue. The views from the house to the Sintra National Park and the sea are stunning.
WELCOME IN:
From the private patio, enter the cozy living room with its well equipped kitchenette and a small eating area with table and chairs. The living room gives onto both bedrooms. The double bedroom is bright and view for the valley and sea. The twin bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and green views. The shower room is directly accessible from the two bedrooms. The private patio has table and chairs and is ideal for “al fresco” meals or reading a book.
THE GARDEN and LOCATION:
What makes this villa extra special is of course the large garden with a separate vegetable patch. Although part of the garden and the swimming pool are shared, outside Jasmin, we find a private patio, provided with furniture and barbecue for lovely meals and restful moments, surrounded by peaceful nature.With a large covered swimming pool, beautiful grounds in a 5000m2 private estate, close to the beach and the many attractions of Cascais, Lisbon and Sintra, this property offers an ideal setting for a perfect holiday. Here you can find peace and privacy amongst the beauty and tranquillity of nature, but with all you need close by. The covered pool means the water is warm enough to swim from April to November, sliding doors allow you to catch a cooling breeze in the hot summer months. The extensive gardens and outdoor games area can be enjoyed all year round for hours of fun and relaxation.
Jasmin and Geranium can combine as one unit, ‘Villa Sintra’, for parties of up to 12 guests when rented as a whole.

From €500 per week. Available for a minimum of 3 nights.

Prices
Prices are quoted for up to 2 guests. Add €100/week per additional person. Maximum 4 guests.
During peak season: normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks.
Booking conditions: 20% minimum paid at time of booking and 80% two months before arrival.
Final cleaning charge of €10 per person.
Admin fees are applied starting at €245.00
Security Deposit: €150, due 1 month in advance via paypal or credit card and refundable at end of stay.
Prices do not include Tourist Tax charged by Cascais Municipality.
